Do you really need a new hire, or do you need temporary support?
Is your staff overloaded with big cases, small cases, or too many medium-sized cases?
I get it & I’ve been there: we have 3 or 4 big cases in discovery or gearing up for trial, plus fifteen to thirty small cases that need some kind of attention before the client retains someone else, and an armful of good clients that need regular support. You really do have enough time if you just offload a few things. You probably just need temporary help either with one of the three case categories on your docket.
I provide contract & temporary support for the large and medium cases, or I can more or less run the small cases from start to finish, with supervision as currently required by the rules. I draft Orders and Decrees, do exhibit & notebook prep, draft outgoing and incoming discovery, as well as testimony outlines. My mission is to tie up loose ends when it comes to post-judgment work that smaller firms have to put off and to free up time so you can focus on hearings and trials. I can also QDRO processing, submissions, etc. I have 10+ years’ experience working as a paralegal, primarily in Family Law in central Texas, since 2014. I can perform most aspects of case management from inception to closing, with attorney supervision.
